Temperature – At high temperatures between 38°C and 70°C, the heat breaks down oils and grease, and helps to eliminate bacteria. Heat energy created during the wash cycle is recirculated with dry air to dry dishes for energy efficiency.
Detergent – Modern dishwasher detergents contain enzymes that break down food just like how they break down food in the human body. This allows more effective removal of baked-on foods for a better clean.
